After half term, we came back determined and focused. Our egg shell investigation has been fascinating and we've enjoyed every bit of it...though perhaps not the smell of vinegarĀ in the classroom! Next week, we will be starting our topic of electricity in Science. We will be continuing our work on decimal numbers, learning to order them and estimating them, which can be a tricky skill. We will also be putting into practice our discussion skills, writing our own piece of discussion writing on whether lighthouses should be run on electricity or oil lamps. And of course, next week is Book Week. Make sure you complete the Reach for The Stars Reading Challenge. I look forward to finding out about the challenges that everyone has decided to take on!
