Our final three days of the term...
Monday saw us finishing off our science project on evolution, and then we went into party mode!
From pass the parcel (forfeit style) to passing a balloon using, no hands, then no elbows or hands, etc, etc, and then on to human Christmas trees, the fun exploded! We laughed, we squealed and we thoroughly ENJOYED ourselves. A big thanks to Mrs Morgan (our regular Monday afternoon helper), who valiantly helped us and cleared up from the frolics!
Tuesday saw the culmination of Geography and final, final game playing. The children valued this time to explore each other's games and the comments given were fantastic. Well done to everyone in M6.
Following this we had our Carol services at St James Church, Bushey. The children did us proud by remembering their words, speaking loudly and singing beautifully. Mr Freeman and I were so proud of you all. Thank you
Wednesday, our last day of term, celebrated some of the immense talent in our school. Our annual talent show gave us singing, dancing, comics, acrobatics, musical instruments and magic. That was just from the children who got through the auditions! All of the children performed well and choosing winning acts was almost impossible, but choose we had to. Very well done to our winning acts, and thank you so much to all who entered, it is YOU who make the talent show so special.
Thank you, children and parents, ALL so much, for your lovely Christmas wishes and presents, I have felt overwhelmed by your generosity and I thank you all sincerely. I have the privilege of teaching YOUR children for a year, let's all of us, as a team, work together to make it a worthy and very happy one.
Love from Mrs Jardella
HAPPY NEW YEAR! SEE YOU ALL IN 2017!
