Hi everyone, we are missing you all so much already! Where are you all set up to do some learning? What does your new 'classroom' look like? Share with us on our Twitter pages, you can find us on:

We just wanted to explain a couple of things about the work for this week. We put together a pack of work to be completed at home, this was sent home with the children last week (check their bags if you haven't seen it!). Those of you who weren't at school, I know Mrs Cooper will be delivering soon (if she hasn't already!). This work should last approximately a week (we genuinely think it will last a bit longer, but let's say a week for now).
The pack is compiled of the following activities:
We genuinely believe that the packs we have put together are accessible for your child, if there are parts they can't do, encourage them to give it a go (remind them of the 'Learning Pit'!) they may surprise themselves with what they can achieve. However, we do not want anybody worrying if they can't do something, it just means they can't do it yet! The children are more than welcome to email us with a query, a question or a simple 'hello' at:
We look forward to both classes keeping in touch with us!
We will obviously update you regularly via here, our twitter feeds and of course through Marvellous Me, which we will continue to use as a platform to celebrate all the children achieve (which DOES NOT just mean work! Tell us about the cakes you have baked, the books you are reading, the pictures you have drawn, the photos you have taken and the dances you have choreographed). We can't wait to hear all about it.
We will attach a provisional timetable (please see below for the link) you can use, to help support you in organising 'Learning at Home', which we know must feel a little daunting, but we are here to support you in getting through this challenging time. If you have any concerns, please use our email accounts to get in contact with us. The timetable is only a suggestion, please feel free to adapt to suit your needs.
Don't forget to use the 'Additional Activities' section, to supplement the day - this section will be full of lots of different challenges and tasks.
Keep Reading Year 6 - never underestimate the power of reading! We will continue to suggest recommended reads, but we would love the children to recommend the books they have enjoyed reading, via our class twitter pages or class email accounts.
Good luck for your first week of 'Learning at Home', please know that we hold you all close and you are always in our thoughts.
Miss Gregory and Mrs Terry
