Once again, M6 have proven themselves to be a bunch of resilient, persevering, hard-working and determined learners. The class sat their second round of SATs Practice Papers (from 2017 this time), and have all shown progress in their learning and understanding. Miss Gregory is, as always, immensely proud of the children and was beaming with pride when a supply teacher even commented what a 'lovely, hard-working' group of children M6 are. Outside of the world of SATs, M6 have completed non-chronological reports on the circulatory system and finished their final PSHE session with the outside provider, Watford Trust. These sessions have allowed the class to think about self image, online safety, social media and relationships. Please ask your children to explain what they have found most helpful from the sessions.
As the last two weeks of term approach, the excitement now leans to the prospect of pantos, carols, Christmas lunches, elf runs and... heart dissection! Yes, you read this correctly, the whole of year 6 WILL be conducting a dissection lesson in the near future... more to follow!
Well done to Akshaya, for the Golden Book Award this week.
