Week 2: 30.03.20

Hi everyone,

Well done for getting through your first week of 'Learning From Home'. Miss Gregory and I were totally blown away by the commitment everyone showed to their learning last week - what a fantastic work ethic you all have!  We genuinely loved seeing all the pictures of you working, the photos of your masterpieces and the emails which just said "hello!"  Please keep in contact with us and let us know how you are doing, we miss you all so much and want us to remain a united Year Group throughout these unprecedented times.

You are now in the home stretch to the Easter Holidays...almost there!  You can do it Year 6 (and parents)!

This week we have put together a link for each day, so please click on it to find your work.  Each day we have set a Maths lesson, a Guided Reading activity and an English task for you to complete, which compiles your morning activities (don't forget to start your day with PE with Joe!).  Your afternoon activities should still be taken from the 'Additional Activities' link.  Miss Gregory and I have tried to ensure that the activities we have included, provide you with a broad range of tasks, to keep you engaged with each of the foundation topics.  It is really important that you try to do something from each one, at least once a week, as this will ensure that you continue to prepare yourself for secondary school life.

If there is anything you are unsure of, please make sure you contact either myself or Miss Gregory, so we are able to help and support you - don't sit there worrying and getting anxious about it.  We are here to help!

Keep up the fabulous work.

Stay safe and remember we hold you all close.

Miss Gregory and Mrs Terry xx
